Communist Party of Nepal (United) is a political party in Nepal. It was founded in 2007, following a split in the Communist Party of Nepal (United Marxist).

Ganesh Shah is the general secretary of the party and Chandra Dev Joshi is the party chairman.[1]

In 2008 Nepal's first openly homosexual representative, Sunil Babu Pant was elected to the Constituent Assembly as a member of the CPN (United)[2]

In the Maoist-led government, Ganesh Shah was nominated Minister of Science, Technology and Environment.
